The Grand Ducal Lunatic Asylum lies enchanted on a small and picturesque lake somewhere in the middle of nowhere in Mecklenburg/Germany. There are old decaying buildings that look like imposing mansions with playful roofs and beautifully designed portals.

But the site is not so deserted after all. International street artists have conjured up great graffiti on the ancient walls here in 2019 as part of artbase.
