I have visited the Czech capital several times. These photos are from May 2021 when a “small border traffic” between Germany and the Czech Republic became possible during the lockdown. Prague is a very beautiful old city. It is known as the “City of a Hundred Towers”. On the Altstädter Ring (Old Town Square) you will find many colourful baroque buildings, gothic churches and the medieval astronomical clock. The historic centre of Prague has been recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992. Today, the “Golden City” displays a cohesive cityscape characterised by Gothic and Baroque styles.
