Two Denominations One Church
As early as around the year 1000, Count Eido von Rochlitz had a first parish church built on the site of today’s cathedral. Some parts of the church are still preserved from this time. After the Reformation, the cathedral became Germany’s first simultaneous church (Roman Catholic and Lutheran) in 1524.

I have often been to Ray’s concerts. He became the lead singer of Genesis after Phil Collins left in 1996. Together with the two remaining Genesis band members Mike Rutherford and Tony Banks, they recorded the album Calling All Stations, whose title song is one of my favourite rock songs.
